All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism through iThenticate. Papers with significant overlap will be rejected without any review. All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be announced to authors by Email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated date.

  • Author's Guide

    Authors must submit the Full-Length Manuscript for review before the Submission Deadline.

  • The paper you submit must not be under review of any other publication organizations, or published elsewhere.

  • All the papers for publication must be presented Orally or by Posters.

  • For oral presentation, authors may choose to make a Live presentation or pre-recorded Video presentation. Each author who performs oral presentation will get a Certificate issued by ACEGRS 2026 organizing committee.

  • Whichever presentation you choose, Q&A session still needs to be conducted by yourself.

  • Paper Page Limit

    Standard Pages: 5-8 under template format, including abstract, tables, figures, references, acknowledgement, appendix, etc.

  • Extra Pages: No more than 4. Each extra page will be charged 50US dollars as publication fee.
